Calrec appoints Video Progetti as Italian distribution partner

With more than 30 years in the Italian broadcast market, Video Progetti will offer the complete Calrec range, giving broadcasters the freedom to choose and scale production models to match their budgets and business goals.

Hebden Bridge, October 20, 2026 – Calrec has appointed Video Progetti, the Rome- and Milan-based broadcast distributor and AV system integrator, as its distribution partner for Italy. Media companies across the country have local access to the full Calrec range of connected broadcast audio technology, remote operation capabilities, integration with software-defined production platforms, and IP-based ST 2110 audio networking infrastructures, helping them to maximise resources, streamline operations, and reduce running costs. Type RT, the company's most compact all-in-one digital console, and Apex M6, its modular I/O platform, which were launched at IBC 2026, will also be available. Sales, integration and local support will come from Video Progetti, a trusted partner to Italian broadcasters.
